Refund Policy

All products, programs, sessions booked by you and payments made whether by deposit or in full payments for any services including any monies paid for the The Life Transformation Program ™ are non-refundable with the following exceptions.

1. If the scheduled appointment time is more than 30 days, you will only have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund from the moment you booked.
2. If you need to postpone a session, a minimum of two weeks’ notice period is required. If this time has lapsed, you lose your session. However, as long as you book within a month, you may rebook another session at 50% discount.
