Any purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, online programs, and services offered through this website, made by communicating directly with Tammy De Mirza®, purchasing through her emails, attending any public appearances (whether on stage, including YouTube, or on podcasts or shows), or through promotional material, are non-refundable.
Appointments for coaching, mentoring, consulting, or other services may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. Additional terms relating to purchased services may be set forth in the applicable Client Agreement.
Certain services offered by Dr. Tammy De Mirza® are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Program structure, scheduling, duration, location, and investment may vary depending upon the individual service selected. Any additional terms applicable to these services will be outlined in the Client Agreement provided prior to the commencement of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Tammy De Mirza®, Tammy De Mirza®, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of this Site, its Content, products, programs, services, or materials.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or other tangible or intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
